Please allow 7-10 business days for processing as everything in this store is handmade. Once your item is shipped you will be sent tracking information and a photo of your finished creation!

Returns or exchanges

Since all of my creations are handmade and created for each individual I unfortunately do not allow returns or exchanges. Once your product is complete I will send you a picture of the completed plushie or clothing item and once agreed upon, said item will ship.
